Functieomschrijving Support on payroll processing in Belgium, Netherlands, and France (act as back-up) in close collaboration with the payroll agency and with employee benefits providers.
• Support the on-boarding process of new hires in partnership with the management as well as the off-boarding process, including documentation.
• Support the business unit leaders on all HR aspects.
• Work together with the HR team on implementation of HR procedures and HR aspects
• Nurture a positive working environment and drive employee engagement initiatives.
• Act as first line contact for HR employee questions in accordance with the Belgian, Netherlands and France labor law, social legislation, and collective bargaining agreement. Build knowledge and closely monitor changes in employment legislation in Belgium, the Netherlands and France
• Support the Finance and Accountancy with payroll reports and labor cost forecasting.
• Support on Belgian recruitment activities: Job fairs coordination, Open door at IPS.

• General HR administrative tasksProfiel At least 5 years of experience in HR, business or related fields ideally combined with 2-3 years’ experience in a multicountry/ cultural organization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related fields
• Knowledge of employment law regulations in Belgium. Knowledge of Netherlands and France labor law are great assets.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing is mandatory.
Proficiency in Dutch, English and French. Dutch is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good analytical skills and accuracy.
• Strong hands-on mentality
• Demonstrates discretion and ability to handle confidential and private information appropriately.
• Can effectively cope with change.
• Social, customer oriented
• Excellent knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook,) and any other ERP programmed
