FunctieomschrijvingAs part of our department, you’ll be the go-to person for user support and client coordination. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing first-level support to users (handling requests, resolving common issues)
- Diagnosing technical problems related to workstations, office software, and business tools
- Escalating complex incidents to the appropriate technical teams
- Contributing to documentation and continuous improvement
- Managing a portfolio of clients alongside a project engineer
- Participating in account management meetings (needs follow-up, coordination, ticket tracking)
Profiel- Strong service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with IT tools and troubleshooting
- Able to collaborate with internal/external teams and clients
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of other languages is a plus
