  • Provide second- and third-line support for Azure & M365.
  • Analyse, prioritise and resolve incidents using ServiceNow.
  • Troubleshoot and support issues related to:
  • Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams & SharePoint
  • Windows Server (migrations & updates)
  • Basic networking (VPN, firewall, switching)
  • Printing and data reporting issues
Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell.Collaborate on projects (migrations, ITIL processes, security testing).Work proactively to improve processes and prevent incidents.Profiel
  • 5+ years of IT support experience, including 2–3 years on L2/L3 level.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure & Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Windows Server & Active Directory.
  • Familiar with ticketing tools (ServiceNow is a plus).
  • Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).
  • Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
