• Coordinate and plan preventive and corrective maintenance
• Lead a team of 3 experienced technicians
• Support maintenance of automated warehouses, transport systems, wrapping and packaging machines
• Troubleshoot operational issues
• Manage stock in collaboration with purchasing
• Drive technical improvements and process optimization
• Handle administrative tasks (maintenance schedules, manuals, reports)

Profile

• Degree in Electromechanics or equivalent experience
• Leadership experience or ready for the next step
• Willing to join on-call rotations and travel for training/support
• Fluent in English, good command of Dutch
• ERP experience is a plus
• Strong initiative and sense of responsibility
• Ideally available between 10:00–18:00 for team supervision
