We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to enhance the performance and reliability of our large fleet of construction machines. Based in our main workshop, you will play a critical role in driving continuous improvement, managing preventive maintenance, and leading innovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Reliability Improvement

• Supervise or manage an electromechanical team to achieve reliability targets.
• Conduct root cause analyses on-site to minimize downtime.
• Develop, implement, and update preventive maintenance and quality checklists.
• Define and monitor KPIs to track reliability progress.

Preventive Maintenance

• Create and update maintenance plans.
• Oversee preventive maintenance in the workshop and on sites.
• Plan and manage team schedules while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.

Innovation and Improvement Projects

• Lead and monitor projects to improve site machines and workshop operations.
• Collaborate on stock management strategies for critical parts.
• Participate in cross-functional improvement projects.

Site Installation Team Supervision

• Manage electricians for site setups (containers, power systems, charging stations, etc.).
• Provide electrical installation drawings and ensure commissioning.

ProfielYour Profile

• Degree in civil/industrial engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for conducting RCA analyses.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, and electricity.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
• Bilingual in French and Dutch; 
• Familiarity with SolidWorks/AutoCAD and Excel is an asset
