- Collect and analyze information and propose solutions.
- Maintain contact with customers and internal teams (warehouse, customer service, sales).
- Prepare reports and follow up on Corrective & Preventive Actions.
- Support audits, procedures, and document control.
ProfielYour profile:- Administrative experience, preferably in logistics.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset.
- Strong communication skills and excellent command of English (Dutch is a plus).
- Knowledge of Word & Excel.
