As an
Operational Buyer you will be responsible for
processing the purchasing process. Below is a list of your responsibilities:
- You are responsible for the execution, management and follow-up of purchase orders;
- You follow up the order processing and order input;
- You enter the order taking into account supplier agreements;
- You follow up the purchase process operationally: purchase request - request for quotations - purchase order;
- You draw up the contracts;
- You follow up the orders administratively with the suppliers: blocked invoices - overdue purchase orders - late deliveries, etc.

Who are we looking for as an
Operational Buyer?
- You have a higher degree or equivalent through experience;
- You have a good knowledge of Excel;
- You are precise and able to set priorities;
- You can express yourself fluently in English;
- You are prepared to start with a temporary contract.
