  • De totale kosten van projecten berekenen.
  • Offertes van onderaannemers en leveranciers opvragen en analyseren.
  • Technische dossiers bestuderen en optimalisaties voorstellen.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie intern en extern.
Profile

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma in bouwkunde of hebt een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je combineert een analytische en technische ingesteldheid met een creatieve aanpak.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, bent nauwkeurig en goed georganiseerd.
  • Je beheerst rekensoftware en MS Office uitstekend.
  • Je beheerst zowel het Nederlands als het Frans.
  • Je voelt je comfortabel bij administratieve taken en werkt gestructureerd
