• Investigate incidents in transport shipments (mainly in the pharmaceutical sector).
• Collect and analyse information to determine the cause and develop solutions to prevent future issues.
• Maintain close contact with customers, colleagues in Belgium and abroad, and other departments such as warehouse, customer service, and sales.
• Document your findings in clear reports and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• In time, also support the Quality, Environment, Health & Safety team with audits, procedures, and risk analyses.

ProfileWho are you?

• You have administrative experience, preferably in logistics.
• You are solution-oriented, accurate, and proactive.
• You have strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.
• You communicate fluently in English (knowledge of Dutch is an asset).
• You are proficient in Word and Excel.
