User Support & Client Follow-up administrator

Job description

As part of our department, you’ll be the go-to person for user support and client coordination. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing first-level support to users (handling requests, resolving common issues)
  • Diagnosing technical problems related to workstations, office software, and business tools
  • Escalating complex incidents to the appropriate technical teams
  • Contributing to documentation and continuous improvement
  • Managing a portfolio of clients alongside a project engineer
  • Participating in account management meetings (needs follow-up, coordination, ticket tracking)
Profile
  • Strong service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with IT tools and troubleshooting
  • Able to collaborate with internal/external teams and clients
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Knowledge of other languages is a plus
