Job descriptionWhat will you do?
In this role, you are the logistical point of contact ensuring that sensitive goods reach their destination safely, on time and in full compliance. Your responsibilities include:
- Creating and monitoring air freight shipments in the TMS
- Coordinating shipment planning with subcontractors and internal departments
- Preparing and managing all required transport documentation
- Working closely with FAVV and customs authorities
- Ensuring correct invoicing and maintaining high data quality standards
- Communicating with customers and proactively informing them of any deviations
- Administratively following up on customs formalities in cooperation with the customs team
- Collaborating with the MAGIS team and strictly adhering to safety regulations
ProfileYou are someone who:
- Has initial experience in freight forwarding (preferably air freight) or is a recent graduate with a degree in Transport & Logistics
- Is open to working weekend shifts (2 weekends per month)
- Holds a valid Category B driving licence
- Is stress?resistant, detail?oriented and solution?focused
- Enjoys taking responsibility and is motivated to grow professionally
