Job description They are seeking a React Native Developer to join their innovative company. As a React Native Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing the mobile app components, create automated test scripts and solve complex challenges for an app used by more than 350k people. The first step will be to participate in the development of the app from scratch together with their partner company. As part of the CUBE squad (Customers & Beneficiaries), your focus will mainly be on developing, publishing and maintaining the mobile app for their beneficiaries for both Apple & Android versions.

Responsabilities

Collaborate with the designers, developers, and the product team on the rebuilding of the app
Responsible from the building creation to the publishing, including automated test scripts to prevent any pitfalls and build & run - creation and / or iteration of feature, debugging, ...
Be a key contributor by being the link between the mobile team and the other developers
Develop and upgrade the existing technical stack
Coach and train other colleagues on React Native development for future collaboration
Help define best practices for mobile app development

Must have’s:

You have a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or equivalent
You have proven experience as a React Native Developer (3-5 years)
You have a strong portfolio showcasing your mobile app developing skills
You are proficient in developing with React, React Native, react-query, Dripsy, expo, react navifation, react-use-form and more
You can read and understand Open API specs
You have adopted the agile methodology
You can easily juggle between tools such as Jira, Click-up or Linear
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Detox would be strongly appreciated
Experience in implementing maps, OpenID (OIDC) and/or other OAuth2 flows
e-commerce and/ or banking sector is a big +
Understanding PHP language is great
Experience working in an agile development environment
Most importantly, if you know how to play Super Smash Bros it’s big + as this is the lunch/evening best breaks
