• Lead full warehouse implementation projects for new customers.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (WMS setup, building fit?out, training, operations).
• Monitor scope, budget and timelines to ensure a successful go?live.
• Ensure operational KPIs and profitability targets are met.
• Conduct “lessons learned” evaluations and translate insights into improvements.
• Analyse logistical data and customer requirements.
• Design and optimize warehouse processes, layouts and automation concepts.
• Prepare cost calculations, ROI models and productivity simulations.
• Create clear and compelling proposals (RFI/RFP/RFQ).
• Support Business Development during customer meetings and negotiations.

Profile Your profile as a Supply Chain Solution Engineer:

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical skills (process design, costing, ROI, data analysis).
• Hands?on, solution?oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and a customer?focused mindset.
• Able to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent command of English; French and Dutch are a plus.
• Willingness to travel abroad for periods up to 3 months.
• A true team player with a pragmatic, proactive attitude.

Organisation and department description We are looking for a Supply Chain Solution Engineer for a major logistics player in the port of Antwerp. This position is specifically for a branch in Kallo.

This branch specializes in handling consumer goods throughout the entire logistics process.

As a Supply Chain Solution Engineer, you play a key role in designing, implementing and optimizing logistics and warehouse solutions for new and existing customers. You coordinate end?to?end project start?ups and translate customer requirements into efficient, scalable and cost?effective concepts. You work closely with operational teams, engineering, IT, key account management and other stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and sustainable performance.
