Job description
As an
Operational Buyer you will be responsible for processing the purchasing process:
- You are responsible for the execution, management and follow-up of purchase orders.
- You follow up the order processing and order input.
- You enter the order taking into account supplier agreements.
- You follow up the purchase process operationally: purchase request - request for quotations - purchase order.
- You draw up the contracts.
- You follow up the orders administratively with the suppliers: blocked invoices - overdue purchase orders - late deliveries, etc.

Who are we looking for as an
Operational Buyer?
- You have a higher degree or equivalent through experience.
- You can express yourself fluently in English.
- You have a good knowledge of Excel
- You are precise and able to set priorities
