Your Responsibilities

  • Process and follow up on invoices and payments
  • Provide support with AP/AR processes and vendor accounting
  • Collaborate closely with an English-speaking team in an international environment
  • Ensure accurate data and reporting

  • Strong command of English (Dutch is an asset)
  • Initial experience with accounting (AP/AR) or vendor bookkeeping
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and a true team player

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about numbers? For our international department, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant – Invoicing who will handle invoicing and vendor accounting with precision.

  • Salary: €2,800 – €3,100 gross per month

  • Start possible only on a temporary (agency) basis
