Description de fonctionYour RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you are the key link between customers, sales, and internal departments. You manage the entire sales process from A to Z and ensure smooth administrative operations.
Your main responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
  • Process orders from input to invoicing.
  • Monitor delivery dates and pricing with precision.
  • Ensure accurate administrative handling of all files.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • Support the sales team with reports and overviews.
  • Collaborate closely with logistics, finance, and other internal teams.
  • Use your accuracy and proactive mindset to keep everything running smoothly and keep customers satisfied.
ProfilYour ProfileWe are looking for a medior-level professional with strong administrative skills and a talent for languages.
You bring:
  • Experience in a commercial support or administrative role with customer interaction.
  • Knowledge of the order-to-cash process.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English; Dutch is a plus.
  • A structured, solution-oriented, and stress-resistant approach.
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • A hands-on mentality and a collaborative attitude.
