- Availability for early start times (between 06:00 and 06:30)
- Sufficient understanding of Dutch to follow instructions
- Possession of a Category B driving licence
- Experience in construction is an advantage, not a requirement
- Technical or practical school leavers (e.g., horticulture) are welcome
