As a Warehouse operator, you’ll work in three different zones: dry, refrigerated, and frozen.

The frozen zone makes up a large part of your responsibilities, so you’ll feel completely at home in a cold work environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Order picking in the frozen, refrigerated, and dry zones
• Stacking goods safely and correctly
• Preparing roll containers for transport
• Receiving deliveries
• Loading and unloading trucks

Based at a modern facility in Olen, you’ll help ensure a smoothly running supply chain for well-known retail and hospitality brands.

Our client is expanding their team and is looking for motivated warehouse operators who are comfortable working in different temperature zones, particularly in the frozen food section (-18° to -23°).

OffreHow much will you earn as a Warehouse Operator?

• A starting wage of €16.60, plus a variety of bonuses:
• Shift bonus of 2%
• Night shift bonus of 30% (10 PM–6 AM)
• Cold allowance of 5%
• Freezer allowance of 10%
• Saturday bonus: 25%
• Sunday and holiday bonus: 50%
• Bonus for 6th/7th workday: 25%
• Overtime: 50% (and 100% on Sundays and holidays)

Extras:

• Laundry allowance: €1.64 per day
• Meal vouchers worth €10 per day worked
• Bicycle allowance of €0.36/km
• Option to lease a bicycle after 6 months of service
• Annual bonuses in December and January in addition to the year-end bonus
• CAO 90 bonus of up to €2,400, depending on results
