Description de fonctionYour Job as a Cross Contamination Compliance EngineerDo you enjoy combining quality compliance with technical risk management in a pharmaceutical production environment? As a Cross Contamination Compliance Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and strengthening the cross contamination strategy at a leading API manufacturing site in Geel. You will work closely with operations and multiple departments to identify, assess, and mitigate contamination risks. Your expertise will help ensure sustainable compliance and support safe manufacturing processes. This is a visible role with a direct impact on quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Fortunately, we can count on you for:
- Maintaining and reviewing cross contamination risk assessments
- Ensuring contamination risks remain controlled during MoC activities
- Preparing, facilitating, and documenting cross contamination FMEAs
- Supporting operations during complex quality incidents and investigations
- Identifying improvement opportunities within contamination control processes
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams across manufacturing and quality
- Contributing to the site's contamination control strategy and compliance goals
Profil
You communicate clearly with different stakeholders and know how to build strong working relationships. You approach challenges in a structured way and can balance quality requirements with operational realities. You enjoy coordinating activities and bringing people together around a common objective.
What do you bring?- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, Chemistry, Bioengineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or industrial manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of GMP, change management, FMEA, and risk assessment methodologies
- Understanding of cross contamination risks and contamination control principles; Annex 1 knowledge is an asset
- Fluent in English; Dutch is considered a strong asset
