Description de fonctionAs an Plant Maintenance SAP Analyst (PM ,EN ) , you will be responsible for building, deploying, and supporting modern and sustainable IT Solutions that bring added value and competitive advantage to the company.
You will work with other people sharing the same passion, providing internal customers with state-of-the-art solutions and technologies. You will discover innovative technologies, learn how to work with a variety of internal customers worldwide and grow within a global team ready to face new challenges accompanied by expert team members.

In the next 2 years, you will be deeply involved in a major program aiming to migrate our SAP ERP solution to the latest SAP S/4 Hana platform.

Role and responsibilities:

You constantly leverage IT-solutions in your domains (Plant Maintenance , Procurement, Inventory Management, Asset Management, Quality Management, EHS) to address new business needs, optimize and support existing processes for our internal customers.
You participate in projects, and you are involved in the various project phases: solution analysis, solution set-up, testing, training, documentation and Go Live support.
You support and enhance existing solutions.
You work in close collaboration with P2P & Maintenance departments and with other IT Teams.
IT Solutions In your scope: SAP solutions related to Plant Maintenance, Procurement, Inventory management, Quality management and EHS. Mobile applications are also being promoted in our digitalization journey.

Profil

Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Finance, Business Management or relevant disciplines.
Experience in SAP solutions in Plant Maintenance PM and (MM, SRM, IM, QM, EHS): customizing, deployment, end-users support.
Experience with P2P collaborative platforms (Coupa, Ariba,..), SAP S/4 Hana is a plus.

Microsoft Office365 suite, experience with RPA tools and low code / no code platform like MS Power Apps / Power Automate is a plus.
Fluent in English. French and other language is a plus.

Max. 5 years of experience.
Customer-minded/oriented. Interested in Business needs and can map them in IT solutions.
Analytical and well organized. Pragmatic, business-minded approach.
Think through problems and visualize solutions / troubleshooting.
A self-starter, work in autonomy while collaborating with all levels of seniority within the Group.
Balanced and mature team player (service oriented and capable of operating in an informal network of colleagues).
Good communication and presentation skills (written, verbal, listening, influencing, coaching).
