Description de fonctionRole Overview- Coordinate and plan preventive and corrective maintenance
- Lead a team of 3 experienced technicians
- Support maintenance of automated warehouses, transport systems, wrapping and packaging machines
- Troubleshoot operational issues
- Manage stock in collaboration with purchasing
- Drive technical improvements and process optimization
- Handle administrative tasks (maintenance schedules, manuals, reports)
ProfilProfile
- Degree in Electromechanics or equivalent experience
- Leadership experience or ready for the next step
- Willing to join on-call rotations and travel for training/support
- Fluent in English, good command of Dutch
- ERP experience is a plus
- Strong initiative and sense of responsibility
- Ideally available between 10:00–18:00 for team supervision
