- Install, upgrade, maintain, and repair advanced medical systems for 3D cardiac mapping and electrophysiological procedures.
- Independently manage your service territory, including planning and prioritizing weekly activities.
- Quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Travel frequently within your assigned region and occasionally across Europe, sometimes at short notice.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular performance reviews, complaint analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Accurately document all service activities in the Service Management System.
- Clearly communicate technical issues, risks, and improvement opportunities to management.
- Strictly adhere to the company’s health, safety, and environmental standards
ProfilWho are you?
- You have a technical background (Engineer, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent through experience).
- You have an interest in consultancy and project-based work.
- You think analytically and are solution-oriented.
- You communicate fluently and professionally with various stakeholders.
- You enjoy working independently but are also a strong team player.
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus
