• Investigate incidents related to transport shipments.
• Collect and analyze information and propose solutions.
• Maintain contact with customers and internal teams (warehouse, customer service, sales).
• Prepare reports and follow up on Corrective & Preventive Actions.
• Support audits, procedures, and document control.

ProfilYour profile:

• Administrative experience, preferably in logistics.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and quality-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills and excellent command of English (Dutch is a plus).
• Knowledge of Word & Excel.
