Description de fonction As an HR Intern at Select, you will support the Luxembourg team with recruitment activities. You will work from our Headquarters in Antwerp. You will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of the HR field. You will be primarily involved in recruitment activities, performing a wide range of tasks to support the hiring process. 

Your tasks:

• Active involvement in sourcing suitable candidates for clients in Luxembourg. You will search mainly via LinkedIn and also launch creative marketing actions to attract potential candidates;
• Conducting qualitative phone screenings to assess potential candidates;
• Presenting candidates to your Luxembourg colleagues and scheduling appointments.

Profil

• Education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field;
•  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
•  Ability to work independently and also function well in a team;
• Proactive and eager to learn attitude;
• Interest in and passion for the HR field.
• Fluent/native proficiency in English language. French is a plus!
• Living in the Antwerp Region.
