Analyze, recommend, and implement the improvements or changes in the instrumentation and control processes that are necessary to optimize or adapt the production process.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and propose alternatives to modify or expand the instrumentation and control system that are necessary for production optimization
• Identify the list of jobs needed in instrumentation and control for production optimization. Including the identification of the resources that will be needed for its implementation
• Implement programming logic and required equipment changes
• To supervise the correct use of the resources in your charge, seeking to maximize their efficiency, care and life cycle
• Carry out the work in accordance with the company's policies, guidelines, legal orders, regulations, and procedure
• Manage resources for the execution of tasks (materials, equipment, services, inputs)
• Ensure the correct use of assigned tools and equipment. To ensure the correct classification of the waste generated by the work carried out at their charge

Elaborate the technical bases of services that are necessary for the execution of instrumentation and control services.
Analyze, support, and lead the solution of problems arising in the production process.

• Technical / Vocational / Higher Education studies in fields related to automation/maintenance/engineering
• Advanced skills in PLC
• Advanced skills in robots (Kuka, ABB)
• Advanced skills in electricity, medium voltage, high voltage
• Good knowledge of 5S
• Able to solve problems fast and efficiently
• Fluent in English
