Functieomschrijving As technician, operator you do the following:??????????????- ???????Use the equipment of sandblasting to clean the shields:

• Checking alarms and troubleshooting on the equipment
• Separate the dirty material to discharge properly – Care with ITO
• Housekeeping of the area
• Fill the equipment with material for sandblasting

- Use the correct PPE to operate the machine:

• Inform when have damage PPE

- Maintenance on the equipment:

• Perform small mechanical maintenances on the machine in order to keep the operation running
• Inform the direct responsible about damages on the equipment

???????- Coater changeover:

• Shields replacement and cleaning
• Basic maintenance checklist
• Support Maintenance Team with TPM or any intervention on the equipment
• Safety measures, LOTO application
• Overhead Crane Operation
• Sputtering chamber maintenance
• Change of Electrical Cables, change of Water hoses
• Reconfiguration
• Target replacement and cleaning

Profiel

• Technical studies in fields related to manufacturing or 1 year of experience working in mechanical maintenance
• Good technical skills, stress resistant, somebody we can rely on
• You have a forklift driver certificate or 1 year of experience using a forklift
• You speak fluent English. Spanish, Portugese, Dutch are a plus
• Experience in glass for automotive production environment is a plus
