Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with customers, including higher management, to develop and maintain strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external organizations to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Analyze market trends and develop proposals based on data.
  • Work in Belgium and travel at least 50% of the time.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree and find your way in technical information.
  • Proven track record as an account manager with a strategic mindset.
  • Customer-focused policy and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Active listener with excellent persuasion and relationship-building skills.
  • Core competencies in prioritizing, flexibility, and maintaining a helicopter view.
  • Proven leadership skills with a bias for action and independence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with fluency in other European languages (French, German, Italian) being a plus.
  • Knowledge of semiconductors is a plus, but not a requirement.
