FunctieomschrijvingAt sectors level, manages the following activities for the global business:
- Develops and promotes standardized planning methods and tools
- Proposes and implements standardized planning solutions and best practices
- Participates in the administration of planning tools (Microsoft Projet Online), BI tools
- Develops planning solutions by integrating new technological means in collaboration with the IT Business Partner and the PMO of the sector
- Ensures a technological watch and benchmark in its field of expertise
- Animates the community of Project / Company schedulers (hiring, coaching, training, assessment,…)
- Develops training tooling (classroom, webinar, business case,…)
At project level, coordinates with entities and projects teams the following activities.Strategy- Defines with the project team the most suitable planning structure to ensure an effective follow-up of the project
- Lists and sequences all activities according to WBS and durations (standard or estimated)
- Under the responsibility of the project manager, analyzes and challenges the schedules (Supplier, Customer, Internal). Defines and feeds the corresponding indicators.
- Participates in the elaboration of the proofs of delays/non-delays in the litigation process with our suppliers/customers.
- Supports the project team during dispute meetings on deadlines with the customer or suppliers
- Evaluates current processes and recommends changes to improve planning efficiency
Operations:
- Collects and analyzes information used to plan projects
- Lists and sequences all activities according to WBS and durations (standard or estimated)
- Identifies and includes external interfaces (Customers, Suppliers,...)
- Implements progress update rituals through the various departments involved in the project
- Generates forecasts, backlog reports and advances, and any other useful documentation to track and manage projects
- Analyzes the critical path, highlights delays and suggests options to reduce risks
- Verifies schedule consistency with delivery dates
- Identifies and resolves issues that lead to scheduling errors
- Analyzes the impact of a change request
- Challenges the organization to control and reduce delays
Profiel- Master's degree in Project Management, Business Management, or in a related field
- You have minimum 5 years’ experience in project scheduling in an industrial environment,
- Certification as a PMI scheduling professional (PMI-SP) or Project Manager Professonal (PMP) will be an advantage.
- Advanced proficiency in project scheduling software (ideally MS Projects).
- Extensive experience in schedule planning and management.
- In-depth knowledge of the scope of projects within similar industrial projects.
- Advanced ability to evaluate project progress and facilitate interventions.
- Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (strong written, verbal, and proven presentation), French is a plus.
- Available for temporary missions, sometimes on short notice, including international travel.

Dans le cadre de différents projets à gérer, notre client recherche activement
un Scheduling Project Manager/Planificateur de projets (H/F) pour une mission de consultance de minimum 8 mois.
