As a Management Assistant, you provide support to the CEO and CFO (?). You assist in day-to-day operations and provide proactive support in organizational and administrative tasks:

  • acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
  • dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
  • organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
  • reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • organising events and conferences
  • collating and filing expenses
  • typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • managing databases and filing systems
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
Profiel

PROFILE

  • Master or Bachelor in Office management with an experience of 5-8 years.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French, English and Dutch
  • Very good MS Office skills (Powerpoint, Word)
  • Discretion and trustworthiness
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Proactive and take the initiative
  • Tact and diplomacy
  • Team-player attitude
