As Office Manager, you will act as the right arm of the director and of the account manager. 

Your tasks will be various:

  • Monthly reporting to the owners
  • Keeping the database up to date (buildings and agents)
  • Gather all the information for the business
  • Events coordination
  • Execute some marketing activities
  • Communication with providers
  • Agenda management
  • Assist the Account Manager in visits
  • Daily management of the office (furniture, ...)

 

Profiel
  • Your are fluent in french, dutch and english
  • You have a first relevant professional experience
  • A first experience in real estate is an asset but not mandatory
  • You are sales minded but you also appreciate to do administrative tasks
  • You know how to work independently
  • Proactivity is your strength
  • Office has no secret for you!
  • If you can also speak German it's a real asset!
