management assistent


Functieomschrijving As a management assistent you coordinate various office tasks and functions to ensure office operations run smoothly at all times. 

Tasks include, but are not limited to:
  • Welcome clients and visitors to the office/plant and assist them as needed
  • Support office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Suggest changes to office workflow in order to improve efficiency
  • All kind of travel arrangements: arrange travel and accommodation for employees and company guests. Assist employees with travel-related issues or concerns.
  • Performing basic bookkeeping activities and process invoices: petit cash, expense reports, invoices, …
  • Maintaining office supplies: monitor office, kitchen, cleaning supplies inventory and place orders when needed
  • Scheduling meetings & appointments: reserve spaces for meetings, lunches
  • Attend company meetings and take notes
  • You have +2 years of experience in administrative positions / departments (preferably in office administration)
  • Hands on experience with “back-office” and accounting software (preferably SAP)
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office intermediate
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills both in English and Dutch. Spanish, German and French is a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse environmen
  • Excellent administration, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines and time constraint
  • Multi-tasking attitudeAccuracy & attention to detail, Proactive problem solver
