You provide administrative support to a Tax & Legal Managing Partner and his team. As such, you are responsible for a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks, making every day a new challenge:

  • Arranging travel;
  • Handling the incoming and outgoing e-mail, fax and other correspondence;
  • Preparation of communications and presentations ; from a lay-out but also from a content perspective;
  • Assist in project based work;
  • Organizing, coordinating and preparing internal and external meetings;
  • Assist in the organization of internal/external events;
  • Input of timesheets and expenses;
  • Document filing on internal database;
  • Managing of contacts in the contact database;
  • Prepare proposals based on input of the team.
  • You have obtained a Bachelor degree Office Management;
  • A relevant working experience (2 to 3 years) is an asset
  • An excellent knowledge of English and Dutch is a necessity, both written and spoken;
  • You have a very extensive knowledge of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
  • You have an eye for details, you quickly spot inconsistences/errors and you provide suggestions for improvement;
  • You like to keep up with digital trends and new technologies;
  • You are very accurate, proactive, communicative and you like to think out of the box;
  • You are a great team player but know how to work independently
  • You have excellent organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • You are capable to handle all contacts and information with the required diplomacy and discretion;
  • You are flexible in changing circumstances and you are resistant to stress.
