As an IT helpdesk System Administrator who will be in charge of :
- Responding to client support queries.
- Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
- Diagnosing issues with computer operating systems, software, peripherals and hardware.
- Running software diagnostic tools and physically inspecting hardware systems.
- Finding and implementing solutions.
- Installing and upgrading hardware and software systems.
- Following up with clients.
Profiel- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
- 5 years of experience in a similar function in a corporate IT environment.
- A very good knowledge of Microsoft computer software systems, including operating systems and office applications.
- A good knowledge of computer hardware architecture, computer network and VOIP telephony.
- A good knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Excellent analytical and diagnostic skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Good organizational skills and rigor.
- Good knowledge of French and English, written and spoken.
