Internal Communication Project Coordinator (M/F) – Liège (BE)



As Internal Communication Project Coordinator, you will coordinate several projects linked with internal communication. You will work closely with all the communication, marketing, HR and IT teams.

You will be in charge of the following tasks :

- Who’s who portal development and maintenance, in collaboration with IT and HR departments.

- Organization of internal webinars on Business Updates, group strategy, new products, success stories, technical information, …

- Write, edit and communicate engaging content aligned with strategic priorities, to reach global employee engagement.

- improving visuals and design of internal communications, in collaboration with graphic designer

- Selecting appropriate communication channels to reach different internal audiences (newsletter, print, digital, face to face, webinar broadcast,…)

- Improvement of communication flow and management of content on the intranet system

- Point of contact for expert advice and support on internal communications for projects and initiatives across the organization


Education :

Bachelor degree in Communication / Public Relations or other relevant field.

Required skills :

• Language skills :

- English : fluent, both written and spoken

- French : fluent

• Computer skills :

- Need to be comfortable with IT Tools

- Knowledge of graphic design software is a plus

- Knowledge of SharePoint based intranet is a plus

• Other skills :

- Clear and confident communicator

- Excellent writing skills, both in English and French

- Sense for graphic design

- Team player

- Hands-on

- Able to work on several topics

- Experience of building positive relationships with colleagues at all levels, to enhance and improve internal communications.

- Strong project and time management skills

- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

- Flexible, open-minded & solution-driven attitude, together with proactivity.

Function directly reporting to Market Launch Manager.

Purpose of the position :

-    Deliver our internal communication strategy which aims to engage, inform and empower our staff, through a variety of online and offline channels.

-    Work on the permanent evolution / improvement of internal communication (tools, media, content creation) within the Group.

-    Allow everyone to access to key information.
