Functieomschrijving- You manage our accounting team which consists of two employees currently.
- Your task is to develop their competencies, skills, and know-how to the best advantage of the employees. Together with your team, you ensure a timely and accurate preparation of the monthly reporting package to Group Finance.
- Next to this, you focus on your role as a Business Controller of our Business Unit . As a business controller you coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process together with the local management team and in alignment with Group Controlling.
- You understand the key financial drivers across our business to develop financial & non-financial KPIs, dashboards, controlling processes and statistics that measure performance against business objectives. You analyse financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- You analyse our current financial processes, identify improvement opportunities, and drive the implementation of new processes, policies, and tools in a dynamically changing environment.
Profiel- You have a university degree in Finance and/or controlling combined with a relevant professional experience of minimum 5 years preferably in an international environment.
- You are a driven self-starter with a digital affinity, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to understand the "big picture".
- You are a communicative team player with a good critical judgement, you have a customer oriented mindset, and you can present complex matters in an easy way.
- You are Business fluent English skills.
