Main responsibilities

- Work with (not technical) suppliers like banks, lawyers, HR offices – select them and manage them
- Manage HR matters, create contract for new employees and shortlist new candidates
- Pick up new administrative matters and fix them, for example due to law/tax system change
- Close the loop with external accountant e.g. detect inconstistencies and provide stock evaluation
- Process payments
- Create management reports and provide admin support to the managing director
- Solve acute not technical issues – fast turnaround is required Example: defect printer, order laptop


We are looking for
Self-motivated management level generalist with
- Min 4 years of relevant experience as management assistant
- Hands on approach to fix problems
- Great communication skills (written and spoken French & English)
- Energetic personality
- Great PC skills
- Detail oriented, accurate, strong planning skills and organized
- Degree in secretariat (problem solver mindset) or experience
- Perfect command of English language
- Discreet and diplomatic

Due to a strong growth this small company, is looking for an executive assistant to work in close contact with the managing director and external suppliers. This is a generalist function ie a combination of accounting, human ressources and general problem solving.
