As a customer service employee you are responsible, together with your colleagues, for managing the daily logistic movements.  You ensure a correct delivery of goods and manage the in- and outbound activities.

You plan and coordinate the deliveries according to call-offs, as well as according to the predetermined commercial agreements
• You are in direct contact with the external material planners and follow up the planning in order to guarantee the delivery of the necessary parts for production
• You communicate on a regular basis, both by phone and by e-mail, to the customer regarding the delivery status
• You process all information and documents in SAP
• You draw up the CMRs for the drivers. You are also the first point of contact for transporters and request the applicable transport rates.
• You follow up the stock and inventory in SAP

  • You have at least a secondary education degree

  • You are interested in learning more about logistics and planning

  • Besides your good communication skills, you also have a healthy dose of stress resistance and organizational talent

  • You have administrative skills and can work well with Excel. Experience with and/or knowledge of SAP is a plus

  • You have an excellent knowledge of English; a good knowledge of Dutch is an asset

  • You are willing to work in alternating shifts from Monday till Friday (5am - 1pm / 1pm - 9pm)
