  • Receives, processes and confirms orders to customers (SAP) (European and export accounts)
  • Coordinates all relevant activities around the orders
  • Creates and maintains customer master through MDO portal
  • Checks sales forecasts
  • Requests price approvals
  • Interacts with production planners
  • Updates customer on availability of stock or lead-times
  • Makes sure quality matches customer’s requirements
  • Requests pre-shipment samples and follows up on approval with customer
  • Reserves stock and coordinates order preparation with the warehouse
  • Creates CMIRs (customer material info records)
  • Organizes logistics to ship the order out
  • Generates the invoice or proforma invoice when needed
  • Takes appropriate actions in case of complaint (return , replace, credit, …)
  • Coordinates problem resolution with the appropriate departments (sales, accounting, traffic, warehouse, labs,…) to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies
  • Back office support for the sales team
  • Back up for colleagues
  • Experience in Customer Support
  • Customer focused and stress resistant
  • Good organization and communication skills
  • Pays attention to details
  • Able to follow up on various topics at the same time
  • Solution oriented
  • Pro-active and independent in his/her work
  • Good level of English
  • Able to work in a team
  • SAP knowledge will be an asset
