Main Duties
- Partner with HRBP, Talent Department, Operations Leaders and Business Leaders to implement and execute strategic workforce plans that incorporate business needs, assess talent gaps and leverages internal and external opportunities through scenario planning.
- Consult with the business to solve and/or mitigate current and anticipated workforce challenges, proactively identify the critical workforce requirements (Capacities and Capabilities) necessary to execute strategic business plans.
- Facilitate workforce planning initiatives on a strategic but also on an operational level.
- Apply a strong understanding of external macro-economic and human capital data and trends that may impact future structures and workforce composition. Understand the internal and external talent landscape and how they impact the development of strategic workforce plans; provide a comprehensive view via data and analytics considering all relevant factors.
- Partner with the HR Department to develop workforce management trend analytics data to perform current state analysis.
- Continuously measure and assess progress against existing workforce plans to ensure practical business alignment and exhibit the ability to lead cross-functional projects in the design of alternative approaches.
- Design HR Capacities and Capabilities roadmap and milestones based upon scenario planning and Gap analysis
- Partner with Finance and strategy to build insight about SWP and to embed the process into the organization.
Profiel- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, HR Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology or similar is strongly preferred.
- Relevant experience in Organizational Design and HR, with experience in Strategic Workforce Planning required.
- Experience leading and developing projects and change programs which impact an entire organization preferred.
- Success in working effectively at executive levels to impact and influence decision making.
- Consulting and problem-solving skills with a track record of success collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in global, matrixed organizations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to organize and present information concisely to a variety of audiences.
- Strong skillset in people analytics and in-depth understanding of labor trends and data.
- Experience of building relevant dashboards, reports and scenario planning exercises using Power BI, Tableau or other specific tools such as OrgVue, Anaplan or others desirable.
- Comfortable interpreting and explaining insights from statistical models for non-technical audiences.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building something brand new.
