FunctieomschrijvingAs a customer service officer, you will work 3 nights a week (20h – 8h). Your main tasks will be:
- Handling phone calls and emails: responding to the customer’s inquiries and intervening parties.
- Gathering information and checking the data for accuracy and completeness.
- Providing technical support and communicating with workshops.
- Updating the customer and all other parties involved.
- Monitoring and controlling agreements with all parties involved.
- Follow-up of all contract-related issues within the established deadlines.
ProfielFor this job, we are looking for someone who has the following knowledge, experience and skills:
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Language: German (proficient) & English (well)
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, …)
- Technical knowledge (automotive, tyres, …) is a plus
- No specific experience required
