FunctieomschrijvingAs Administrative Assistant you are always in contact with colleagues, customers and vendors, in Belgium and abroad. Together with your passionate colleagues you will supply administrative support by performing tasks:
- Assist in month-end closing and prepare financial reports.
- Update and operate the intercompany dispute management system.
- Follow up on identified errors in invoicing and vendor invoice processes.
- Answering queries, filing, reporting and data processing.
