FunctieomschrijvingThis position will provide administration support to the proposals and contracts team and work with the Director of Proposals and Contracts to manage confidentiality and master service agreements.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities :
  • Responsible for coordinating sales contract items 
  • Perform timely creation of “In-Process” shells in Salesforce and folder creation
  • Maintain version control of all documents in company document management system including folder creation
  • Work closely with outside counsel for legal advice as required
  • Interact regularly with the Director of Proposals and Contracts and Team Leads to ensure the proposal and contracts priorities are aligned with company vision and objectives
  • Ensure adherence to policies, processes, and guidelines necessary to maintain secure documentation in Salesforce, CEMS and electronic files
  • Participates in various team meetings with sales team, marketing team, and operations team in order to learn and contribute
  • Assist in providing monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
  • Takes responsibility for personal skill development in continuing to learn current pharmaceutical standards and industry trends
  • Performs other related job duties or responsibilities as assigned
Profiel Your profile :
  • First experience in an administrative position (1-3 years)
  • Fluent in French and English
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to plan, develop and coordinate multiple projects and make sound decisions
  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management skills and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks
  • Confidentiality of all client information
