Your Responsibilities:

• Receiving Drivers: You will be the first point of contact for suppliers' drivers, ensuring a professional welcome.
• Document Control: You will check incoming documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Parcel Preparation: You will gather and prepare parcels for shipment.
• Packaging: You will carefully package parcels to ensure safe delivery.
• Loading and Unloading: You will load and unload containers and trucks using a forklift and/or reach truck.
• Administration: You will accurately record all activities in our computer system.
• Stock Management: You will conduct quality checks, ensure proper storage of parcels, and process them in the system.

Profiel

• You have an eye for quality and structure.
• You possess strong administrative and verbal skills.
• You are a true team player with a hands-on, no-nonsense mentality.
• You have experience operating a forklift and hold a valid forklift certification.
• A VCA certification is required, or you can obtain it quickly; a reach truck certification is a plus.
• You are stress-resistant and keep a cool head in busy situations.
• You speak and write fluent English, if you have a basic knowledge of Dutch it will be perfect.
• Experience in container stuffing is a plus.
