Provide expertise in various technical areas including:
- Infrastructure and network management
- Operating systems
- Agents/instrumentation
- Systems management, backups, and monitoring
- Security configuration/patching and vulnerability management
- Web platform administration
- Application technical stacks
Install, configure, maintain, and support infrastructure, applications, and systems.
Collaborate with Group Security, IT Management, 2nd/3rd Line Application Support, and external service providers to coordinate incident resolution and problem-solving.
Manage IT asset inventory and monitoring solutions within the evolving Monument environment.
Initiate and oversee changes to infrastructure and systems while adhering to change control procedures.
Support Infrastructure-related activities in projects by delivering high-level designs, implementation plans, and Operational Procedures development, ensuring SLAs are met.
Coordinate and oversee local Managed Service Providers, ensuring regulatory compliance and expected levels of service are maintained.

ProfielRequirements:

Proficiency in various technologies including:
- Microsoft Server, Group Policy/Intune MDM
- M365/Azure & Online Services
- VMware Data Centre Virtualisation (vSphere ESXi, vCenter, SRM)
- Veeam Backup & Replication, Veeam One, Veeam Backup for O365
- System Management and monitoring solutions (LogicMonitor)
- Knowledge or exposure to IBM iPower (AS400) is a plus
Industry-recognized qualifications are advantageous.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to efficiently prioritize work.
Proficiency in English and conversational French.
