Functieomschrijving Your responsibilities :

Support a multidisciplinary squad (developers, analysts, testers…) to deliver high-quality applications in a constantly evolving technological environment.
Remove obstacles, manage dependencies, support the Product Owner, and ensure the consistency of deliverables.
Coordinate releases, participate in Scrums of Scrums, and ensure smooth delivery processes.
Create a healthy team dynamic: regular feedback, coaching, effective retrospectives.
Participate in large-scale projects using modern technologies (API, Kafka, React, Cloud, AI…).

Profiel What you bring to the team :

An Agile mindset, proactive and solution-oriented.
A natural ability to unite and coach, with a strong focus on team well-being.
Good mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP…).
Solid experience in IT delivery, with knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, CI/CD, TDD/BDD, DevOps, IaC.
Several years of experience in an Agile delivery environment.
A degree in IT or a related field.
Good command of Dutch or French, with a strong professional level of English.
