As business developer, you:

• Develop sales strategies and new business opportunities in Belgium
• Research and cold call to identify potential customers and to find out their needs

• Prospect customers through a relationship-based approach to ensure future sales
• Maintain integrity and honesty, and deal ethically with consumers no matter the situation
• Communicate and coordinate clients’ needs with the management and recruitment teams and follow-up with them on the candidates presented.
• Work quickly to solve consumer complaints to retain business, and build the company’s reputation.
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services.
• Stay current with industry trends, monitor competition, and learn merchandising techniques to improve performance


• Are truly passionate about sales and the IT/ financial industry
• Have minimum 4 years’ experience in a similar role in IT solution services domain.
• Feel 100% comfortable at conducting conversations in  French and English ( Dutch is a very nice to have) 
• Have excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• Are willing to prospect across Belgium
• Are self-driven and dedicated to deliver excellent results
• Are flexible and happy to face new challenges
• Hold a bachelor or master degree
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Are familiar with CRM practices (SalesForce) along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
