Business Analyst / Scrum Master (NL/FR/EN)


  • Gather requirements and communicate with different levels: business, management, development, ICT operations

  • Structure requirements and approach via BPMN techniques (including Role Activity Diagrams) & UML modeling language

  • Analyze software engineering processes and techniques (change management, analysis, iterative developments, test cycles, deployments...)

  • 5 years' experience as a business/functional analyst or as a Scrum Master
  • Strong experience with modeling tools (UML based CASE tools like Enterprise Architect)
  • Able to do bottom-up research for problem diagnostics and / or requirements impact analysis
  • Good knowledge of documentation-communication tools (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
  • Experienced in ITIL or similar
  • Problem solver
  • Fluent in Dutch, French and good knowledge of English
  • Assertiveness
