Functieomschrijving As a Solutions Engineer, you are responsible for both the design and implementation of logistics solutions for new and existing customers.

• Analyze customer requirements, operational data and logistics flows
• Design efficient warehouse processes, layouts and automation concepts
• Develop pricing models, cost calculations and business cases
• Prepare and present tailored logistics solutions and proposals
• Manage implementation projects from concept to go-live
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, IT, Customer Service and external stakeholders
• Monitor project scope, budget, planning and operational readiness
• Ensure a successful start-up and smooth transition into daily operations
• Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous optimization initiatives
• Support business development activities and participate in customer meetings and negotiations.

Profiel Your profile:

• Minimum 5 years of experience within logistics, warehousing or supply chain operations
• Strong analytical skills with experience in cost calculations, productivity analyses, process design and ROI assessments
• Experience managing projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach
• Able to work effectively under tight deadlines
• Team player with leadership capabilities
• Excellent command of English
• Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is considered an asset
• Willingness to travel internationally when required, including longer project assignments abroad (+-3 months).
