Tijdelijke HR Administrator


  • Being responsible for different sort of administrative tasks related to HR and recruitment;
  • Inserting information in the HR system (Workday);
  • Invite newly hired employees to the office to discuss their terms of employment;
  • Take care of Health Insurance and other HR arrangements for employees;
  • Make logistic arrangements for colleagues such as hotel bookings, travel plans and trainings;
  • Assist in implementing various HR procedures and policies
  • Take minutes of meetings at the consultative body meeting;
  • Support the receptionist colleagues when needed.
  • You have a bachelor degree in a relevant discipline;
  • Strong organizational skills and eye for detail;
  • Having experience in an HR department in a technical environment is a big advantage;
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English;
  • You take responsibilities, are proactive and a team player;
  • You have a flexible attitude in an ever-changing environment.
