Functieomschrijving- Ensure monthly payroll for multiple entities is accurately processed and all associated returns are lodged;
- Ensure Year-end figures are generated accurately and sent within deadline.
- Distribute pension forms to appropriate employees, and ensure completed application forms are sent to pension administrators
- Has detailed knowledge of Time and attendance systems
- Liaises with auditors as required
- Produce pension year-end figures and send to pension administrators;
- Ensure starter and leaver paperwork is completed;
- Monitor and file holiday paperwork for all hourly paid employees;
- Record all periods of sickness on site, and highlight excessive amounts of sickness for any employees;
- Ensure appropriate self certificates and doctors papers cover all periods of sickness absence for all employees;
- Monitor time and attendance system, and highlight any timing discrepancies;
- Respond to employee queries as appropriate
- Has detailed knowledge of legislative requirements
- Produce monthly analysis reports (e.g. overtime, MOP’s, global report);
- Provide support to the HR Business Partner (e.g. probationary reviews, maternity issues, parental leave, paternity leave, time off for dependants, lower level disciplinary, etc).
Profiel- Trilingual French, English and Dutch
- 3-5 years experience in payroll administration;
- Recognised payroll processing qualification;
- Stand-alone payroll processing experience in a manufacturing environment (minimum 2 years experience);
- Good knowledge of local legislation
- Excellent PC/IT abilities including payroll specific programmes (preferably Microsoft office, etc);
Accurate typing and word processing skills/ qualification;
